Who Is Manami Suda?
Manami Suda is a curse user who shared Geto’s ideology completely and remained loyal to his vision even after his death, not out of blind obedience but out of genuine belief in the world he was trying to build.

She has long dusty-pink hair and is consistently composed and professional in appearance. She served as Geto’s administrative right hand, handling logistics, organisation, and communications within his group while also holding a command position. Geto was noticeably warmer and more relaxed around her than around most people in his organisation. Shortly after killing someone together the two of them took a selfie to celebrate their group being reunited, a detail that captures the specific way Geto’s organisation blurred personal affection with shared ideology.
Her cursed technique is never revealed in the manga.
After Geto’s execution, Manami and Toshihisa Negi disagreed with Mimiko and Nanako, who wanted to kill Kenjaku for stealing Geto’s body, and chose to work with Kenjaku instead. Their reasoning was that continuing Geto’s work mattered more than the identity of who was now wearing his face. Manami considered killing Kenjaku childish and counterproductive.
What Happens to Manami?
Manami operates within Kenjaku’s group during the lead-up to and during the Shibuya Incident and dies when Jogo’s Maximum Meteor catches her and Toshihisa Negi while they attempt to flee.
She participates in the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons in JJK 0 and continues operating with the organisation through the early main series. Her death is revealed after the fact. Larue mentions to survivors that both Manami and Negi were killed by Jogo’s Maximum Meteor during Shibuya. The death is not shown directly.
She and Negi tried to escape the blast. Sukuna, in control of Yuji’s body nearby, deliberately stopped them from fleeing simply to amuse himself. They could not escape Jogo’s technique without Sukuna allowing it. He did not allow it.
The precision of how she dies, not in combat, not meaningfully, but caught between a Special Grade curse’s indiscriminate attack and a King of Curses who found the situation entertaining, is the clearest statement the manga makes about the expendability of human pieces in a conflict operating at that scale.
Why Does Manami Matter?
Manami is a portrait of what genuine ideological loyalty looks like in the JJK world — not blind following but considered agreement, right up until an indifferent catastrophe ends it without ceremony.

She chose Kenjaku over revenge for Geto because she believed the goal was more important than the person. The manga does not validate or condemn that choice. It simply shows what it costs.
