However, Satoru Gojo has a different plan. Gojo believes Yuji can help gather all 20 of Sukuna’s fingers first, which would permanently eliminate Sukuna when Yuji is executed later.

The doll will attack him if his cursed energy becomes unstable. The goal is to keep his emotions steady so his cursed energy stays controlled.

This unusual training method helps Yuji practice controlling his cursed energy while focusing on something else.

Gojo Meets the Higher-Ups

While Yuji trains, Gojo meets with the conservative leaders of the jujutsu world. They still want Yuji executed immediately because they fear Sukuna.

Gojo openly challenges their authority and insists that Yuji should stay alive for now to collect Sukuna’s fingers.

This moment shows Gojo’s rebellious attitude and hints at the conflict between him and the traditional jujutsu leadership.
